Welcome to Courses Tutor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoursesTutor.com, including any content, features, digital products, courses, ebooks, videos, audio materials, downloads, services, and other resources offered through the website (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “Courses Tutor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Courses Tutor. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or user of the Services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to make purchases through the Services, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity occurring through your account.

Because our products are digital, appearance, formatting, functionality, or compatibility may vary depending on your device, software, browser, internet connection, or other technology.

Product descriptions, included materials, features, pricing, and availability may be updated from time to time.

Any significant information regarding a purchase will be displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Courses Tutor does not guarantee that any particular product will meet every customer’s individual expectations, goals, or preferred learning style.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product or service.

An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully processed and access or confirmation has been provided.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or correct an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Payment processing problems
  • Technical errors
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the customer is entitled to a refund, the applicable amount will be returned using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, BILLING, AND RECURRING CHARGES

Prices are displayed before checkout and may change from time to time.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

One-Time Purchases

Products identified as one-time purchases are charged only once.

A one-time purchase does not automatically enroll the customer into a recurring paid membership or subscription.

Courses Tutor does not add hidden recurring charges to products advertised as one-time purchases.

If Courses Tutor ever offers a recurring subscription or membership, the recurring price and billing frequency must be clearly disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or other third-party payment processors.

SECTION 5 — DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCESS

Courses Tutor primarily sells digital products.

After successful payment, digital products may be delivered through:

  • Immediate download
  • Email
  • Customer account access
  • Online course access
  • A download page
  • Another delivery method described on the applicable product page

Most digital purchases are intended to be available promptly after payment, although delays can occasionally occur because of payment verification, technical problems, email delivery issues, internet outages, or other circumstances.

Please include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate access problems.

SECTION 6 — REFUNDS AND PURCHASE PROTECTION

Because Courses Tutor sells digital products that may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or retained immediately after purchase, digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical merchandise.

However, we want customers to receive the product they purchased and have reasonable access to it.

Customers should contact us within 7 days of purchase if:

  • They were charged more than once for the same order
  • They received the wrong product
  • They cannot access the product because of a technical issue on our end
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
  • Another legitimate billing or delivery error occurred

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide corrected access, replacement content, store credit, or a refund.

Refunds generally will not be provided solely because a customer changes their mind after substantially accessing or downloading digital content.

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

Nothing in this policy eliminates any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

SECTION 7 — EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Courses Tutor provides educational and informational materials.

Our products are not guarantees of income, employment, business success, financial results, social-media growth, sales, profits, or any other particular result.

Examples, strategies, case studies, projections, earnings discussions, or success stories are provided for educational or illustrative purposes only.

Individual outcomes can vary substantially based on factors including:

  • Knowledge
  • Effort
  • Market conditions
  • Competition
  • Timing
  • Business decisions
  • Financial resources
  • Implementation
  • Circumstances outside our control

You are responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether and how to apply it.

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that product for your own lawful personal use unless the product specifically states that commercial, resale, or redistribution rights are included.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

  • Resell our digital products
  • Redistribute them
  • Upload them to public file-sharing platforms
  • Share purchased access with others
  • Reproduce substantial portions for commercial purposes
  • Claim our materials as your own
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices
  • Use our content to create unauthorized competing copies

Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 9 — ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Courses Tutor is not responsible for products, services, content, or transactions occurring solely on an unrelated third-party website.

SECTION 12 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Courses Tutor uses Shopify technology to operate portions of its online store and provide the Services.

Purchases made from Courses Tutor are transactions between the customer and Courses Tutor, not purchases from Shopify.

Shopify may provide hosting, payment, infrastructure, security, analytics, or other technology that supports the operation of the store.

Your use of certain Shopify-supported features may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as making Shopify the seller of Courses Tutor products unless Shopify specifically states otherwise.

Because our store is powered in part by Shopify and other third-party technology providers, certain personal information may also be processed by those service providers in accordance with their own privacy practices.

SECTION 14 — CUSTOMER REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, suggestion, comment, idea, or other feedback to Courses Tutor, you give us permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that feedback for lawful business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that any review or feedback you submit reflects your genuine experience and does not knowingly contain false, defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

We will not knowingly present fabricated customer reviews as genuine customer experiences.

If compensation, incentives, free products, or another material relationship applies to a testimonial, disclosures will be made where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by Courses Tutor to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
